AFTERWORK SERIES “THE FUTURE OF PROFESSIONS” – ENVISIONING THE WORKPLACE AND NEW PROFESSIONS IN A DISRUPTIVE WORLD
The development of automation and artificial intelligence brings the promise of higher productivity, increased efficiencies, safety, and convenience. However, these disruptive technologies are invalidating long-held assumptions about jobs, firms, industries, and whole economies.
Even though agility and adaptation are necessary for survival, they are not sufficient: we need to change our management thinking. In fact, in order to meet the innovation challenges of the digital age, business leaders will need to put in extra time understanding how to manage the increasingly sophisticated digital landscape as well as keeping their skills updated and relevant. They need to stay up on current emerging trends and be ready to quickly adapt as ubiquitous computing, automation, and ‘smart’ digital technologies continue to transform the workplace.
Join us to learn more about how technology will be the leading driver of the change in the future of professions.
