Western Table Manners (ages 7-12) – Continental style
Life in Hong Kong is hectic so many parents let table manners fall to the bottom of the priority list.
But when you want to take your kids out for a meal, do you think twice because you’re afraid they’ll embarrass you?
Ms. Bernice Lee, Hong Kong’s Trusted Etiquette Expert, will teach your child essential Western table manners for formal occasions. Over a delicious 3-course lunch, your child will learn:
- Dining etiquette, including placing orders with the server, navigating place settings, correct handling of utensils, napkin use, rules for eating bread and soup, and how to confidently handle dining mishaps
- The Do’s and Don’ts of Mealtime Behavior
- Greeting Others
- Appropriate Conversations at the Table
This class is for ages 7-12.

Ms. Lee has taught over 2,500 people coming from 23 countries. She offers her children’s etiquette classes in country clubs as well as in schools. Her corporate clients have included J.P. Morgan, Estee Lauder, CITIC Private Equity, and Pacific Medical Systems.
Born and raised in Canada, she holds degrees from Yale and Cornell, etiquette certication from the United States, and previously had a 10-year corporate career in multinational corporations in the U.S. and Hong Kong.
