With more than 10 years’ experience of cross-border trade and e-commerce operations, Andy Cheng is currently eBay’s Senior Manager of Marketplace Development. As part of his role, he advises Hong Kong and Taiwanese merchants on effective sales techniques for a range of products, including electronics, fashion, healthcare/ beauty, bike parts and collectibles. In addition, he offers consultancy support with regard to platform policy, shipping and merchandising, as well as providing the big data analysis required to help clients find success through e-commerce. He has also worked with the company’s Deals team on the launch of promotional campaigns designed to help sellers increase their brand awareness and sales volumes in the US, France, Italy and Spain.
