Senior / Junior business Manager (full time)

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, collaborative and enthusiastic talent to join our team. The successful incumbent will join and contribute to the dynamic team to support the growth of the WYND and to elevate the vibrancy of the community. He / She will also be the leader and person-in-charge of for shaping up the business operation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building a good relationship with existing clients and creating a vibrant community
  • Assisting in the administrative operations of the office, such as customer inquiries, memberships, procurement, etc
  • Acting as the key point of contact for customers and visitor
  • Handling marketing and upkeeping the brand and values
  • Organizing internal and external events for members and the public
  • Handling other ad-hoc tasks on an as needed basis
Key CRITERIA
  • Graduate, Higher diploma or association degree is preferred. Fresh graduates welcome.
  • Able to handle office administrative duties independently
  • Studying marketing, public relations, business or communications related courses
  • Cheerful, enthusiastic and outgoing personality (with entrepreneurial mindset a plus)
  • Good communication and client servicing skills, both written and oral
  • Language: English and Chinese (Cantonese) are a must, native or fluent English speaker preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.

Community Ambassador (part time)

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and provide professional support service to the community
  • Help with developing marketing strategies to drive for brand awareness
  • Organize, liaise and coordinate with organizers of workshops/ seminars/ events
  • Assist in the run-through of workshops/ seminars/ events
  • Assist in the administrative operations of the office and handling customer or visitors requests
  • Carry out ad hoc projects and tasks when assigned by the Supervisor(s)
Key CRITERIA
  • Studying Year 2 university degree
  • Sociable, cheerful, enthusiastic and outgoing personality (with entrepreneurial mindset a plus)
  • Good communication and client servicing skills
  • Language: English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) are a must, native or fluent English speaker preferred
  • Basic computer knowledge such as MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.
