Worklife Balance: exploring Central!

Hong Kong is one of the world’s most stressful cities. People are suffering a high level of stress due to work, academic, Covid-19, political situation etc. A high level of stress may lead to not only mental breakdown but physical illnesses as well, and affect our productivity. Therefore, it is important to maintain a work-life balance to prevent burnout in the workplace. WYND team is going to share some events to chill out around our neighborhood this summer!

TaiKwun

Being a center for heritage and arts in Hong Kong, Tai Kwun organizes different enticing and thought-provoking exhibitions and programs for the community regularly. The highlights of Tai Kwun in this summer will be trust & confusion, which consists of two rooms – “day” room with unfolding artworks and “night” room with solo and duo presentations; INK CITY and Portals, Stories, and Other Journeys, allowing visitors to explore the meaning of urban life; Serendipity in the Street, presenting the discoveries of urban observers and artists within the Central neighborhood

JPS Gallery (HONG KONG)

JPS Art Gallery is a contemporary art gallery presenting works of emerging and established artists from around the world. The highlight of JPS Gallery will be the Museum Belowground, starting from 19 June to 1 August. Inspired by the British Museum, the exhibition reimagined as an encyclopaedic version fusing the worlds of street, pop, and contemporary art, presenting the Enlightenment Period from a modern perspective.
